1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. The return period begins from the date of delivery. Some products may have different return policies as noted on the product page.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Item must not be damaged or altered
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Personal care items and cosmetics
- Underwear and swimwear
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital downloads and software
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
4. How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Log into your account and go to My Orders
- Select the order containing the item you want to return
- Click "Return Item" and follow the instructions
- Print the return label and package your item
- Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for items that arrive damaged or defective. For other returns, return shipping costs may apply. You will be notified of any shipping charges during the return process.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Bank processing times may vary (3-10 business days)
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- Replacement or full refund will be issued
8. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles of the same item. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund.
